Original Artwork
Unless otherwise stated, all original artwork offered for sale directly through this website is created by Karyn Denten.
Original artwork is one of a kind. Availability is subject to change, and a purchase is not complete until payment has been successfully processed and the order confirmed.
Artwork Images & Color
Every effort is made to photograph and represent artwork as accurately as possible. Colors and details may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and individual devices.
Dimensions, materials, framing information, and other relevant details are provided on individual artwork pages.
If you would like additional photographs or information about a painting before purchasing, please contact Karyn Denten Art.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Online payments are processed securely through Stripe. Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout.
Applicable sales tax and shipping charges will be calculated or displayed during checkout where required.
Karyn Denten Art reserves the right to correct errors in pricing, artwork descriptions, availability, or other listing information. If an error affects an order that has already been placed, you will be contacted before the order is fulfilled.
Shipping
Online purchases are currently available for shipping within the United States.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the artwork and delivery destination. Artwork is carefully packaged for shipment, and tracking information will be provided when available.
Delivery estimates are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays or circumstances outside the reasonable control of Karyn Denten Art.
Buyers outside the United States are welcome to inquire about purchasing and shipping artwork internationally. International purchases and shipping arrangements will be considered individually and may involve additional shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, or other fees.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available for eligible purchases from Den10 Studio in La Grange, Illinois.
Pickup details and timing will be arranged after purchase. Please wait for confirmation that your artwork is ready before arriving for pickup.
Returns & Final Sale
Due to the original and one-of-a-kind nature of the artwork, all original artwork sales are final.
Please review artwork descriptions, dimensions, photographs, and other information carefully before purchasing. Additional photographs and information are available upon request.
Artwork Damaged in Shipping
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact Karyn Denten Art promptly after delivery.
Please retain the artwork and all original packaging and provide photographs of the artwork, packaging, and visible damage. This information may be necessary to file a claim with the shipping carrier and determine an appropriate resolution.
Order Cancellation
If you need to request cancellation of an order, please contact Karyn Denten Art as soon as possible.
Orders that have already been packaged, shipped, or prepared for pickup may not be eligible for cancellation. Because each artwork is one of a kind, cancellation requests are considered individually and are not guaranteed.
International Inquiries
Online checkout is currently intended for domestic U.S. purchases and shipping.
International collectors may contact Karyn Denten Art before purchasing to discuss availability, shipping options, and costs. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the buyer is responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and other fees associated with international delivery.

All artwork, artwork images, photographs, text, graphics, logos, and other original content appearing on karyndenten.com are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Unless otherwise stated, artwork and artwork images are the property of Karyn Denten.
Purchasing an original artwork transfers ownership of the physical artwork only. Copyright, reproduction rights, licensing rights, and other intellectual property rights remain with Karyn Denten unless expressly transferred in a separate written agreement.
